I called Central Heat & Air, was connected right away, and was told that a technician could come out the same day. Terry called me soon after that, and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he quickly and accurately determined that the fan motor and capacitor needed to be replaced. He was able to acquire the parts locally, and had the unit repaired within a very few hours. Terry was very personable, and explained what he was doing every step of the repair.
