“Terry is super friendly and helpful. He showed me where to put clorox monthly to avoid clogs and stop breeding weird bacteria like Legion air Disease. If the air conditioner drip line is not dripping during AC season, I’ll have to put in more. Usually 1/2 cup each month is sufficient. We have a maintenance contract, so in the fall the heater is checked and in about 6 months the air conditioner. I also learned a good bit about the outside coils for the air conditioner. Maintain the black. Never use a power washer as they are too powerful and can bend the fins. Do not use harsh chemicals to get them clean. Use regular water pressure hose. Spray perpendicular to the unit so as to flush out the fins without bending them.”
